Debbie did a great job listening to our needs, researching available inventory and then coming up with a really good solution for us. We wanted a Wrangler for our daughter who is about to get her license but we didn't want to get the highest end product and we also didn't want to have a hard top as we have no place to store it. She did a great job researching options and came up with a great solution for our needs. We love the Wrangler so much and - in fact - I am considering getting rid of my older car and getting one for myself. We will definitely recommend Debbie to our friends and use her again when we come back to think about a new car. Overall a really wonderful experience. More

Ron Gentile at Greenwich Jeep Chrysler Dodge City Ron was diligent. He called me several times. He followed up. He was ready with a car picked out for me when I got there. I didn’t buy that particular Ron was diligent. He called me several times. He followed up. He was ready with a car picked out for me when I got there. I didn’t buy that particular car because I decided not to go with the 6 cylinder but instead the 4 cylinder turbo, but he was right on the money otherwise. He spent time with me and advised me, going over the pros and cons for my needs of the other cars I was insisting on seeing (mostly because I wasn’t sure he had really listened to my needs, which he really had). I had gone to several other dealerships in the area - Audi, Lincoln, Ford, Toyota, Honda and a different Jeep dealership. None of them called me back. Ron is a real gem. A real professional. He took the time to listen to me, really listen to me, and picked the right car for me, right down to the color. He was the reason I bought the car from this dealership and did not go elsewhere after that. He made the process easy and actually pleasant. They should be proud to have such a consummate professional on their staff. Thank you. I will recommend this shop and Ron to all my clients and friends. More
