I representative was very helpful with assisting me with my scheduled service. I was intially told prior to date of service that the service was going to be at least 3 hrs long, fortunately the mechanic was my scheduled service. I was intially told prior to date of service that the service was going to be at least 3 hrs long, fortunately the mechanic was able to get me in and out in about an hour time.
