Before I ordered my new 2014 Wrangler I went to 3 dealerships in the area .Bournival was the one I chose for various reasons. My salesman, Phil Walter, was very helpful as we talked about what I was after. During the test drive he answered all my questions without trying to rush the deal. I ordered my Wrangler from Phil in mid November expecting it to be built in the 5 to 8 week range. It arrived in 6 weeks. The dealership installed some extra equipment on my Wrangler that was part of the original deal. All work was completed and installed properly as requested.The final process of financing went very well with Jessica Gorman who was able to get me a lower rate than I was expecting. After the sale I was back at Bournival to visit the parts department and had a question about the Jeep. Phil came right out and showed me the proper way to use the equipment. My overall experience with the Bournival dealership was that they were professional, knowledgeable and not "pushy" THANKS TO ALL!!!!. More

First of all, I want to say I purchased a 2006 Mazda Miata sight unseen from Phil Walter. When I went to pick up the car which is about 200 miles from my home in Vermont, to my surprise the car was exac Miata sight unseen from Phil Walter. We originally just wanted to test drive the new Cherokee but something about Phil's relaxed attitude pulled us back to the dealership! My visit to the dealership was my second of three looking for new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I met Jeremy Brocato who listened to what I asked and brought me to look at the vehicle that I asked about. He answered all my questions and told me all the information about the Grand Cherokee that I could want to know. When our review of the Cherokee was complete he brought me inside to have the price discussion. This is the part of buying a new car that i truely hate. None of what I was expecting happened, Jeremy brought me a price for the Cherokee that was better than I was expecting. Even when I explained that I wasn't done shopping yet and would get back to him, he was understanding and didn't try any of the "sales tactics" that i've grown to expect over the years. There was none of the "well this price is only good for the next x hours". I can't begin to explain how very refreshing adult behavior is. After completing visits to three dealers and getting prices from five, Bournival Jeep was still the best deal. It was very nice to be able to call Jeremy and tell him that we were going ahead with the purchase. The final purchase process has to be one of the most pleasant that i've ever had. Even though it was late just before a Holiday, Jessica Gorman, the finance manager, went through every bit of the finance paperwork and answered every question. She made sure to point out those things that might cause concern and while the items that she discussed I knew about, I appriciated that attention to detail that she provided. If you are looking for a new Jeep and live in New England, this is the place to visit. Even if it's a long drive, the price, service, and attentive personnel will make the trip worth every bit of time you spend getting to see them. They have earned my unqualified recommendation. More

I had made a decision to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and went to 5 dealerships in New Hampshire, along with extensive research on line. This was extremely frustrating and really couldn't figure out what actually the final price of the vehicle was going to be and hindered my selling price negotiations. Then I met Ted, and he was extremely knowledgeable , guided me on what were the best options to have on the car, listened to my wish list and finally searched for a vehicle that met my needs. His follow up was outstanding, and was able to meet my budget. Being in Sales for 32 years, I know how important it is to follow up, and customer satisfaction is key. As the saying goes "You can't xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxxx" . Ted is not a "xxxxxxxxxxx" and am so happy I finally have my Jeep. More
