I went to this dealership and knew exactly what I wanted and a price in mind that I was going to pay. Went to Bournival Jeep anticipating all the salesmen to come out of the woodwork but that did not happen which made me feel very comfortable. I was greeted by Steve Tobey who had a nice smile and was glad come out of the woodwork but that did not happen which made me feel very comfortable. I was greeted by Steve Tobey who had a nice smile and was glad to help me look for what I wanted. He really did a great job in explaining the different Grand Cherokee's there were, so instead I was feeling great about what I wanted and helped me find exactly that.He did not pressure me at all, showed me certified SUV's as well which I thought would be the way I was going to go but when he showed me the SUV that I ended up buying, seeing it in the showroom and taking is for a test drive, it rode, handled and drove really nice. While test driving Steve was explaining the inside of the SUV, he really helped me out considerably, such new equipment in the new SUV's. Was not pressured when I left the dealership, Steve e-mailed me which was very nice also. Went in on Monday the 28th of October and met with Steve again and was just as pleasant and his great sense of humor was the same. Tried the SUV again I knew this was what I wanted. Steve got paper work ready, told us the SUV would be ready later that day. quiet surprised, waited for Jesse, great gal, to finalize the deal. Arrived later and my SUV was ready so Steve came out and explained as much as he could with me which was a great help, at least I had some knowledge. I must say that is a very very nice guy and would definetely recommend anyone going to Bournival Jeep to ask for Steve. More
