Timely service and good communications Took my vehicle in for regular oil change. Dave is a pleasant guy. He communicated with me throughout the brief process. He checked-in with me towards completion to inform me that car also needed front/rear differential and transmission case fluids changed; looked like they had never been changed. He provided cost which I was OK with. It was another $100 for parts when I went to pay. I gave only 4 of 5 stars because I want to be informed of ALL costs involved before I go to cashier to pay. I have a limited budget and don't like being surprised with higher cost than what I've been verbally informed of. I will do my part and try to remember to ask if other costs will be involved as I recognize communication is a 2-way street. : ) More

In and out My husband and I switched the service on our Jeep and Ram truck to this dealership. They got me in and out with a car for the day. Dropped off at 9:40 My husband and I switched the service on our Jeep and Ram truck to this dealership. They got me in and out with a car for the day.
