Two paint chips on the hood of my new 300 are all gone! After my wife and I purchased a new 300, and got it home, we realized that the hood had two paint chips almost in the center of the hood. The chips were small, but on a new hood they were magnified in my eyes. I talked with Justin and Gage and it agreed that they needed to be corrected. Roseville does not have it's own body shop so they have to farm out the repair work with a shop that they are comfortable with. I was given a loaner and two days later I got my car back with a slick and 100% perfect hood. More

Did not liten to directions I scheduled a oil change and tire rotation as I had received an email stating that the price was $ 34.95 and the tire rotation was free. I did pre-purchased oil changes when I bought the truck and specifically told them not to use one. I also informed them that I had a recall for "windshield wipers", this was going to get completed at the same time. When I dropped off the vehicle I again informed them that I did not want to use my pre-paid oil changes and I had a recall that needed to be addressed. Within a half hour I was told the vehicle was ready, I really appreciated the quickness. When I went to pick up my keys the service window person (she is not very friendly) told me she used on of my prepaid oil changes. This was not what I wanted and she told me it would take some time to redo the paperwork. I needed to get back to work and did not have any more time to spare. And on top of that the paperwork does not state anything about taking care of the recall. not super please with the communication More

Express Oil Change I stopped in with no appointment for an express oil change and they got me in right away even though it was late in the day. The wait time was very mi I stopped in with no appointment for an express oil change and they got me in right away even though it was late in the day. The wait time was very minimal and I was home making dinner within 45 minutes!! They even checked my records and seen I had a free oil change left over from purchasing the vehicle. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, they have 100% earned my future business for any repairs and maintenance I may need. Very friendly staff and they observed great social distancing. THANK YOU!! More
