Electronich Throttle Control I scheduled my appointment for 7 AM. I let them know when I set it up I needed them to check the electronic throttle control on my 2015 Jeep Patriot I scheduled my appointment for 7 AM. I let them know when I set it up I needed them to check the electronic throttle control on my 2015 Jeep Patriot because the dashboard light kept coming on when I accelerated too much. They said it failed the test but that they didn't have the part in stock and didn't have a driver to drive to Brookdale to pick one up until 9 AM. You would think if I set up an appointment to look at my electronic throttle control they would have 1 in stock. So that was at least 2 hours wasted. Great service but for the kind of money I had to spend they should have had it in stock More

The only thing that went well was the oil change. I had mentioned to the service person that my air-conditioning was not working. It was charged and it’s still not working. My low air pressure light contin mentioned to the service person that my air-conditioning was not working. It was charged and it’s still not working. My low air pressure light continues to come on even though it was supposed to have been looked at. More
