Seat Heater Recall Setting up an appointment on-line was easy. When I pulled the truck into the service center was immediatly greeted by David. He said was not sure if the part was in stock but showed me where the lounge was and went to check. In short order had me an answer that the part was there and then got a rental car set-up for me as David explained this is a 5 hour repair. Was notified by text when the repair was completed. The techs did a great job of installation and the new part works great. It was a very good experience, I would definately come back. More

It was challenging because of the leadership at Chrysler Dave Cox went to the battlefield over his Regional Manger to do the right thing.
