Great Service For Customers Given these current/new times of limiting time and exposure, Roseville CJDR began offering the pick-up and delivery option for vehicles to be serviced Given these current/new times of limiting time and exposure, Roseville CJDR began offering the pick-up and delivery option for vehicles to be serviced. This was super convenient and worked extremely well for us. As a person that has some mobility problems already, this ability to have the staff pick up our van for service and return it when complete was a fantastic option. I hope this service option continues even after we are all back outside and mingling again. Our van was serviced the first week this was implemented and there were certainly some growing pains with getting the kinks out. But given some of the issues, I'd rate the effort 11 out of 10. And execution 9 out of 10. So the combined score is still a 10 out of 10. Also, the coupons made available for vehicle services are very handy. Hope they might be able to expand offerings. Coupons combined with pick-up/delivery makes service choice easy. More
