Hello: I understand your concern. Nobody expects or wants to pay for a large service bill on a repair that has been completed before. We spoke in the waiting room earlier this morning when I explained that the warranty had expired on your vehicles previous repairs. We wanted to help in some way, that's why we inspected your vehicle at no charge and provided you with a cost estimate to repair it. I'm sorry, but your 2008 Durango has over 137,000 miles on it and it's not eligible for any warranty service any longer.
