Their location was great for me to service my truck and get to work. I appreciated receiving texts with updates. Unforfunately, the two times I had my 2018 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in for oil changes, they overfilled the oil. The firist time was 2 quarts and the second about 1/2 quart. Both times I returned and they took care of the issue. For that reason I woun't be going back and I can't recommend. I can get over one time error, but twice tells me there's something not working well there and I don't want my engine damaged. More
We went to pick up our Jeep on 1/18/20. The cashier told us our Jeep was out on the lot and gave us our keys. It was very cold and I had a broken foot.The Jeep was not on their lot but across the street we us our Jeep was out on the lot and gave us our keys. It was very cold and I had a broken foot.The Jeep was not on their lot but across the street we couldn't find it.. We had to come back in the runner didn't even know where it was. Jeep was iced over. I think they should bring customers car to them not make them go in search for it. The service department was awesome we worked with Dave on our claim. He was very helpful and made our unfortunate problem easier to deal with. More

decieved and over charged I felt ripped off and deceived when I was charge $90 for a simple hose clamp. Shane did nothing to help with the situation. Shane could had explained to me what the problem was and suggest that this could be a inexpensive fix that I could do. Instead I was charge $90 for a hose clamp. When I told Shane that I was not comfortable with paying $90 for a hose clamp. He told me that I had no choice in the matter. Could someone in management reach out to me? UPDATE: I received a call from the service manager. He took the time to explain and listened to my concerns. I feel better about the level of service this dealership provides. Thank you! More
