Started out a little shaky but Gary came through. My trip into the dealership involved an update that was necessary on my GPS. There were mixed/missed communications between me and Sirius. I understood that the update was common place and I could do it either on line, or have the dealership do the update at no charge. When I went to pick my car up there was an $80 charge. I was informed that the no charge only when they work on a newly installed unit. Gary understood where the mixup occurred so he was kind enough to waiver the charge at this time. Next time, I'm on my own. More
