Gary in Service Gary is awesome to work with he makes sure to communicate what is wrong and how they are going to fix it. He always answers your phone call. He helps to coordinate our arrival so that our van gets handled since its a special equipped van and we are unable to rent a car. Tech claimed the rotors needed sanding which added a substantial amount to the job. One would assume they would know that the rotors would need some work on a veh with nearly 80,000 miles and give the consumer some heads up of a potential sizeable price increase but we were informed after dropping the veh off the previous day. We bot the veh new and have had all our service done at the dealership but didn't like the nearly .$250 that was added to this trip More
