Made problem worse. Went in for a diagnostic test for this knocking noise in the front of the car and I was told my tpms was part of the problem. Then I was told that som Went in for a diagnostic test for this knocking noise in the front of the car and I was told my tpms was part of the problem. Then I was told that some screw that was connected to the frame of the car was stripped or Knocked loose so it was removed because apparently “I didn’t need it”. If it wasn’t needed then why was it there in the first place. The crazy part is the noise got louder so therefore that “screw” that was taken out obviously needed to be there or whatever was taken out. I’ve never had a problem with this dealership till that whole ordeal happened. Then to top it off after I was told all that i was about to be charged $160 for a diagnostics test!? $160 just to tell me a sensor was rattling in the tire and a screw was knocked loose! And diagnostics test shouldn’t ever be that much just to tell me that. More

Uncommunicative but helpful in the end. I dropped my car of in the morning and was meant to pick it up in the afternoon. I called at 5.30 after hearing nothing all day and they then told me I dropped my car of in the morning and was meant to pick it up in the afternoon. I called at 5.30 after hearing nothing all day and they then told me i would not be able to take my car home that day because it was now un-drive able. They were only half way through the brake replacements. Admittedly, the delay was because of my company insurance but the dealership could have called much earlier in the day to update me. To there credit they did give me a great rental for the following day at no expense, though again the next day it was me again that had to call them to find out my car was now ready for pick up. More
