Quick, information, efficient and done correctly. My experience was great;first time there. Was told there was also a recall on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of. Told me approximately how long it would take. Kept me informed of the wait and that everything else checked out. When I asked if I had to come back to get the lug nuts tightened after having the tires rotated, he said let me make sure they are tight and went out in the rain to make sure all tires were good. Very impressed with the service. Will definitely go back. More

Right from the moment I reached and talked to Rob till the delivery, it was very smooth and nice experience. I went on a Saturday and best part was that I did not have to schedule the appointment. AWESOME!! I went right through the express lane and they inspected all the parts, changed oil, rotate tires (and all other good stuff) and also looked at the brake on my request. Rob was just wonderful and he explained me each and everything about the parts and inspection done. He was very patient and listened to me very carefully. Rob was also happy to take my car have it washed! Awesome. More

When JoJo (my salesman from a year and a half ago) is around working, I also get to chat it up with him. He still remembers my favorite color for the next deal I get there. It’s hard to say that I will never go to another dealership for my cars, but I will exhaust all possible options and vehicles with them BEFORE I go anywhere else. More

Good visit I brought my vehicle in for an unexpected repairs and scheduled maintenance. The customer workspaces are a nice touch. I opted to work from the dealership and the repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. More
