Overpriced but at least decent CSR’s. Well then. My car was vandalized and had some wires snipped that made my car unable to start. Naturally, I had to tow it to see what the extent of the Well then. My car was vandalized and had some wires snipped that made my car unable to start. Naturally, I had to tow it to see what the extent of the damage was and If it was worth saving. They literally took my front bumper cover off and put it in the trunk and wanted to charge me $150 for this little task. You literally pop a few clips and there goes the bumper. After which, they told me it would cost around $650 to splice some wires together and connect them to make it start; but looking elsewhere I found prices in the $150 range. The only and I mean ONLY redeeming factor about this place is Jake. The CSR that understood my situation and discounted the “bumper service”. I paid $75 for some overpriced mechanics to further damage my bumper cover and not even put it back on my vehicle. It’s almost split in half at this point and if purchased at the dealership would cost an upwards of $400. Thanks, guys. More

Here for recall fix Brought 2017 Grand Cherokee for recall. Courteous staff with nice waiting room. Had basic O&F service and tire rotation.
