Incomplete Services & Overpriced This has happened multiple times to me now where I brought my truck in for repairs and had it returned to me with the same issues - and charged a lot This has happened multiple times to me now where I brought my truck in for repairs and had it returned to me with the same issues - and charged a lot for it. Brought my 2010 Ram in for a wire harness to be replaced, got it back and within 2 weeks, the exact same issue was occurring. Opened up the headlight, the original wire harness was still in place and when I asked why it wasn't changed out, they told me they won't do extra work because NOW it was out of warranty. (It was in warranty during the original service.) Now recently, I brought in my 2011 Ram for some transmission work and after paying a ton of money for that initial work, received the truck back and instantly knew the issue wasn't corrected yet. They tried charging me another $440 claiming they stopped looking for issues since I was previously low on fluid - as if that might not cause other issues... Oh and on top of that, they charged me more for a part I priced out a week earlier. While the service advisers are pretty personal and easy to talk to, I will not be bringing my vehicle back here at any point. I take my vehicles elsewhere. More

Routine Service Review Went in to Roseville Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM to get routine maintenance (Oil Change and Tire Rotation) done on my 2018 Dodge Charger after having set Went in to Roseville Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM to get routine maintenance (Oil Change and Tire Rotation) done on my 2018 Dodge Charger after having set up an appointment online. Upon bringing my car into the service center at the time of the appointment, work began right away and was completed on time according to the estimate give by the greeting representative. The car was returned in the same condition (cleanliness) as when i dropped it off and the maintenance was completed as agreed. Pricing was exactly as-expected and they offered additional suggestions (replace cabin and intake air filters) but were not pushy about doing so. While service was being completed, the waiting room had comfortable chairs and a TV available as well as magazines, newspapers, a vending machine, coffee, and individual work stations where you could plug computers into. I would recommend this service center to any other owner looking for routine maintenance as it is certainly a fair price when compared to the quick-lube competitors with better service and amenities than i have seen at other locations. More

Quick oil change and tire rotation. I was skeptical about not having an appointment but I was in and out in exactly 40 minutes, which is what Burrell quoted me. Great service!
