Gary listened to awkward description of this noise and conditions, and then set the wheels in motion for a swift and accurate diagnosis and fix. I have worked many times int he past with Gary, and he has always been most helpful. I recommend you ask for Gary when coming in to Roseville Chrysler for service. More
It was good until I got into my vehicle Did someone let their girlfriend or kids get into my truck and screw up the power mirrors, or did someone just lean on both mirrors for a while? I wa Did someone let their girlfriend or kids get into my truck and screw up the power mirrors, or did someone just lean on both mirrors for a while? I was utterly shocked. I am still trying to get them back to their optimal position where I can see all cars little and big in my blind spots. Only car wash attendants have ever moved my mirrors around and they don't even come close to how badly my mirrors were tilted out of whack this time. What did you guys do? Is anyone paying attention to what they are doing? It makes me wonder about any maintenance you may suggest. Which brings up another thing. A pin hole leak in my power steering pump? Don't you mean maybe the hose or a gasket? And I don't see any leaks. I have been watching my fluid and I have a brand new bottle of power steering fluid ready in case I need it, but it seems to be over flowing if anything. I'll keep an eye on it but I think my power steering pump is made of cast iron and doesn't have a hole in it. At least you were able to rotate my tires without stripping my lug nuts. Thank you for that and the coupon for the oil change. I hope you changed the filter. I am too old to worry about doing these things myself and dealing with the mess so that's why I rely on you guys, the professionals. More
