oil change was fine ... customer service area for the service center could use more work... a lot of guys in there at computers, but none came to discuss with me the issu ... customer service area for the service center could use more work... a lot of guys in there at computers, but none came to discuss with me the issue for which i made an appt for my car. sent the oil tech customer service rep to give me an update on the oil change- but no specifics on why my new tire i bought has been losing air. when i went in to inquire before leaving, they said they ran all the tests except one and couldn't find anything. seems like someone could have come to me and explained this while i was waiting for 1.5hrs in the waiting area. was disappointed with the customer service. Olu, the old tech customer service rep was very nice, and explained the oil change summary to me. More

Routine maintenance Came for routine maintenance, took longer than the estimated time quoted - tuned out to be 1/2 hour longer. Defective Compass Headlights Took my new 2018 Compass in to replace both headlights for the second time due to condensation inside them. Both were replaced under warranty in one Took my new 2018 Compass in to replace both headlights for the second time due to condensation inside them. Both were replaced under warranty in one day and I was given a loaner to drive. Unfortunately I’ll probably be back to have at least one more replaced again. The service department does a good job but are only able to replace one bad part with another as I believe this is a design issue. More

I executed the reset procedure myself after calling the Roseville CJDR Service Center and receiving instructions. Hey, I used to work on jet fighters and helicopters. Attention to detail... ;-) More
