Love The Convenience Of The Shuttle Service I plan to use this service department for all service including oil changes. The courteous shuttle drivers make the experience very convenient. My veh I plan to use this service department for all service including oil changes. The courteous shuttle drivers make the experience very convenient. My vehicle was operating well prior to the service. The service that was performed was more of an overdue maintenance list and leaking power steering and transmission gasket/lines. I can't tell any difference driving the Jeep since the service. I do see that the power steering line was replaced and I don't see any leaks. The dust is wiped away on the covers that go over the spark plugs so I'm confident the tune up was performed. So far so good. More

Recall work They made things much harder than it needed to be. Strike 1: came in for my recall appointment and was told the part was not in stock, repair would n They made things much harder than it needed to be. Strike 1: came in for my recall appointment and was told the part was not in stock, repair would need to be done on following day, left truck overnight. Strike 2: they had my truck all day but forgot to do the repair. The only saving grace: the late shift manager had a technician do the repair on the spot when i showed up later that day. More

Oil change and software update Got oil changed and made appiontment for software update. Had an issue with airbag system so that was addressed at the software appointment.
