Thirty-five years and still going there. I just went in for a routine oil change and drove away with a new set of Pirelli tires and an oil change. Someone there was listening to something I I just went in for a routine oil change and drove away with a new set of Pirelli tires and an oil change. Someone there was listening to something I said and reacted on it. I showed one of the service guys a computer generated listing of tires I had been looking at. Next thing I knew I was reminded about their price matching policy on tires. Bingo bango! There was a small price glitch when I went to pay the bill.but Gary was quick to correct the error. Gary has been my go to guy for many years. It's always been a pleasure to work with him. More

We loose out on our business not being able to have our truck. When I have an appointment for my vehicle to be in and be done before the weekend, I make plans with my truck for the weekend. Then no communication on our truck not getting in for a day and half later?? Until we call and ask? Then you say you’ll call right back and don’t get another call until the next day. Very poor service and communication. More

Efficient They are always nice and give you good estimations on time. It usually takes less time than they tell you which is always a nice surprise. not good Appointment made for 7:00am 4 days in advance. dropped off at 7:00am. no response until I called at 11:00am and was told they could hopefully get it Appointment made for 7:00am 4 days in advance. dropped off at 7:00am. no response until I called at 11:00am and was told they could hopefully get it looked at around 1:00pm. Light code told them it was a weak battery. Tested battery and said they would go ahead and install a new one. I had to ask the price.....$450............I said no, saved $300 and put it in myself, easy access, three bolts, took me less than 15 minutes. The light is still on............I'm looking to buy a new Ram truck, but will look at another dealership. More

Fast and efficient service I had a leaky radiator during the last cold snap and called in for an appointment. They were able to get me in the next day, so I dropped it off that I had a leaky radiator during the last cold snap and called in for an appointment. They were able to get me in the next day, so I dropped it off that evening. I spoke with Gary the next morning and added a transmission service to the work order. Poor communication I asked for my tires to be rotated during my appointment. When I picked up my vehicle, I wasn’t told that my tires weren’t rotated. After looking at t I asked for my tires to be rotated during my appointment. When I picked up my vehicle, I wasn’t told that my tires weren’t rotated. After looking at the receipt, I did not see a notation saying my tires were rotated. I had to call and ask, THEN it was explained to my why my tires weren’t rotated and that I need 2 new tires immediately for safety concerns. For those of us that don’t know much about cars, an explanation and a little extra help would be appreciated. More
