Quality customer service from Shane I have a warranty so I can’t compare prices but Shane in the service center was very friendly and helpful throughout my repair process. Hours of operation in the service department are not very accommodating to anyone with a full time job. It took over 2 weeks to get a Saturday appt which was my only option being they close so early on the weekdays. It’s also difficult to actually get a Saturday appointment unless you go directly through a service advisor so skip the on line or scheduling line if you need Saturday. More
