Heater Brought my Jeep Patriot to Roseville due to my heater blowing cold air only. Took it in on Thursday evening and it was repaired by noon Friday. Left with the same issue and a dead battery Brought my Liberty in after months of the vehicle jerking when accelerating. They stated that they couldn’t reproduce the problem. Continued jerking w Brought my Liberty in after months of the vehicle jerking when accelerating. They stated that they couldn’t reproduce the problem. Continued jerking when I drove home from the dealership. I asked them to check the battery, and was told it was fine. The next morning the battery was completely dead and had to be jumped. Then I had to pay to replace the battery myself and missed half a day of work. I will not be back. More

Squeezed us into a busy schedule We have a 2004 Grand Cherokee. It started acting up so we made an appointment. They were booked out for a week. We took the appt for the next week and We have a 2004 Grand Cherokee. It started acting up so we made an appointment. They were booked out for a week. We took the appt for the next week and the next day the engine got much worse. We called to see if they had a cancellation but they didn’t. The scheduler called the service department and we were able to drop the car off just in case they could fit it in. They were able to diagnose the problem the next day and we had the car back the day after that. The scheduler and the service department could have just told us that we had to wait, but they got a little creative and were able to get our car done way before we were originally scheduled. Thank you! More
Factory recall repair/oil change I came in to have the recall done and the old change was due as well. Upon getting out of my truck the service person and myself noticed the driver's I came in to have the recall done and the old change was due as well. Upon getting out of my truck the service person and myself noticed the driver's side head lamp was out. He asked if i would like that replaced as well. I told him I would take care of it myself. When the truck was done and ready for me to pay, the service person let me know what was done, the headlamp was one thing he mentioned as being replaced. I would still recommend Roseville Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM inspire of this because I've always good experiences with them. More

Computer update I came in for a recall on my Journey and an oil change.everthing went fine until they got to the download for the update on the cruise control.They fo I came in for a recall on my Journey and an oil change.everthing went fine until they got to the download for the update on the cruise control.They found out they could not connect to the computer in the car due to my remote starter Which was installed by best buy. They told me that the computer was hack and wouldn't allow an update. More

I was informed of what was going to happen on this visit and how long it was going to take and though the wait was a bit My initial visit was great. Plus the coffee and popcorn were delicious. One thing I'd like to mention: when I called to make an appt, for this visit the girl told me that wasn't necessary because I'd be out in one half hour. She should have mentioned that I should go in early and I'd be out early. More
