I purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson for My experience with D'Ambrosio auto group was the worst I've had in purchasing an automobile or Motorcycle. I purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson for around twelve thousand dollars and I didn't find out until after being on the highway traveling to another state and back home that the bike they sold me had never been serviced or inspected since they received it as a trade-in over a year ago. It really bothered me to know that I was traveling at highway speeds on a bike that at any time could have malfunctioned and brought me to my death or had me severely injured . As dangerous as it already is riding motorcycles it's hard for me to believe that something like this could have been overlooked, but I guess their focus was more on making a sale than the safety of a customer. Also, the tires on the bike just barley passed inspection which I believe if they would have gotten the bike inspected before selling it the technician would have recommended replacing the tires. Prospective buyers aware of this dealership and the negligence of their staff because no one should have to experience what I've been through with this dealership. More

The Best Car Buying Experience...ever! All of the employees we met made it so easy for us to take our time and make our decision. When it was time to make the deal - we were prepared. We did our homework comparing what the car should cost us using all the new on-line car buying sites as guides, etc. We walked into the showroom on the 3rd day - and they were prepared as well - they gave us exactly what we hoped to get in their asking price for a Fiat Spider 124 X Abarth. We were prepared to not accept (as you always are when purchasing a car) but we couldn't - we were a little tongue-tied. Was sold Audi Q7 with bad windshield wipers and headlights I bought a used 2009 Audi Q7 with bad headlights and windshield wipers..The first time they when out was when I went to a Christmas Eve service I cont I bought a used 2009 Audi Q7 with bad headlights and windshield wipers..The first time they when out was when I went to a Christmas Eve service I contacted the dealership and they told me to drive it and bring it next week when I schedule the glass coat. Then it happen the next week when I was going to work on a cold rainy foggy morning. I called the dealership as soon as they open and toid them I was bring the car in and that I could not drive it because of safety. They had it for a week and told me they were real sure it was fixed. So I tried it again and about a week and a half it happen again. I told them I did not want the car so they told me I cold trade the car. When I went to get another car they gave me $18,700 for a car I paid 20,994 lost $2294 dollars. That was 458 dollars a week for the time I had the car. I was told I could take the Audi because it was fixed. I did not feed safe in the car because of my bad experiences. I felt my safety was more important then the money. So I traded it for a fiat. More
