The traditional salesman have almost been replaced and car buying is now about service and value. I did my research, confirmed the car was available and drove down to negotiate the deal. Tyler was very professional and the negotiating and initial paperwork took 10 minutes. The 2017 Golf R As an out-of town buyer, I knew nothing about this dealership. It turned out to be the most pleasant car-buying experience of my life. The 2017 Golf R was ordered from Germany. By the time it arrived at the dealership, I had just suffered the loss of a very dear loved-one, and was unable to think about taking possession of a new car and might not even want it. Jeff Deacon and his manager were incredibly understanding, and urged me to take as much time as I needed. When I showed up a week later, Jeff spent a great deal of time going over the car's features during a test drive prior to purchase and a "tutorial" session after the sale was completed. Jeff Deacon is everything you could want during a car-buying experience. He knows the product well, he is extremely courteous and attentive to his customers' needs (as were all staff members with whom I dealt), and, most important, he is simply a very nice person and a pleasure to spend time with. The Golf R, by the way, is amazing! More
