I made a nearly 6 hour round trip to purchase my Golf from them going based on previous reviews that seemed reflect that. Needless to say Jeff D'ambrosia VW completely made the trip worth while. From start to finish my Sales Advisor Stefan Williams was extremely communicative. Again he represents the modern way of doing business. He is technology savvy and will reach out to you in whatever manner you prefer, whether its e-mail, text/iMessage, or a good old phone call. He enjoys his job and enjoys the product he sells and that comes through immediately when you get to know him. He has a really deep knowledge of the Volkswagen line and can take his knowledge to help anyone from a first time VW shopper to a long time VW buyer like myself. More than anything Stefan values time, and he won't waste yours. Knowing that I had made a long trip down he had me in and out of the dealership in 35 minutes. They answered all of my questions with patience and expertise, walked me through the differences between the cars I was interested in and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. This dealership is 30 minutes out of the way for me but it was work that 30 minute drive to walk out with peace of mind, an AMAZING price, excellent customer service and the keys to the car of my dreams.
