Very friendly and very easy! When I took a left hand turn off of Route 30, at 8pm, I thought I was going to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Instead, one hour later, I was driving home in a new (for us! - it was a 2012) Tiguan. Our salesman, Richy Shepps, was excellent. He was informative and made the whole process very easy. I couldn't believe that in one hour, I was leaving with a new car. The owner of the dealership even took the time to stop by and say hello and gave my 11 year old daughter a small gift. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was very entertaining, everyone seemed very happy to work there and you could tell there was a lot of energy in the building! Thanks again for your help Richy, we love the new car. More

Service would be awesome if you provided FREE loaners. I ended up going with a closer VW dealership because D'Ambrosio would not provide a free loaner. My engine light came on and the gentleman said it co I ended up going with a closer VW dealership because D'Ambrosio would not provide a free loaner. My engine light came on and the gentleman said it could take anywhere from 30 min to a couple of days. This is unfortunate and definitely a deal breaker when choosing where we buy our next car. More

Actually, we were even given a free car repair tool kit which can come handy should you need them. I certainly will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. He was able to help me pick out not only a great car for myself (Jetta TDI 2013), but also one for my father (Jetta TDI 2014) and mother too (a used Toyota Corolla 2009)! I can not say enough positive things about this dealership and especially Edgar. Everyone there goes above and beyond to help the customer, but Edgar went the extra mile.
