When I went to pick up the car we found there was a miscommunication with the finances. George worked the numbers and I was able to drive away with a new Jetta. I really was not in the market for a new car. Fate pushed my hand when my 2002 VW Jetta died and I had to get a reliable car within 48 hours. Since I didn't have a car to get to the dealarship Jon offered to send someone to pick me up at my home. I went the next morning, drove 3 cars, deceided on a model and then Jon worked his magic. I got a beautiful 2011 Jetta at a price I can afford at a time when I was not expecting to buy a car. Jon and Bonnie were very professional, kind,& efficient. There was not a time I felt pressured or treated like I didn't know what I was doing. To make a long story short...I stopped in this dealership to look at a used 2009 VW GLI I had seen a few days earlier in the lot. After speaking with the sales rep (Jerry Holloway), it turned out they sold t to look at a used 2009 VW GLI I had seen a few days earlier in the lot. Instead of apologizing and moving onto the next customer, Jerry took the time to understand my situation and realized I needed help in finding what exactly I was looking for. After looking through the used lot and being unsuccessful, he took me around back to browse every and all recently sold/traded in vehicles they had. Again, unsuccessful.
