He was polite, respectful, listened well to what we needed and worked the deal so that we could reach the payment we needed to get to. He's a brilliant guy with a bunch of knowledge outside the car market that gave him and understanding of what was important to us and what was necessary to get the deal done without the usual BS and pressured techniques. They were happy to do the deal and so were we. We got to Win/Win and even a few weeks later I feel great about having given them my business. I found out later he even offered to schedule some time with my wife to teach her to drive a stick so I don't have to. So maybe he's a bit of a marriage councilor as well. Can't speak highly enough about the experience. More

We were sour with the VW corporation and John discussed with us what happened with the TDI's and helped narrow down what we were looking for in a new car. I commend John for showing us what we were looking for, explaining the available optional trims and equipment but not trying to oversell us into something that we didn't need. More
