After purchasing a car with a trade in the trade in car has not been paid off by the dealership and it has been over 4 weeks. We’ve purchased 2 Mazdas over the past 5 years both times thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. He’s a straight shooter who makes you feel comfortable and you don’t feel taken advanta thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. I have purchased several Mazda's from Jeff Haas, has always been a pretty good experience. Would have purchased another, but they could not find what I was looking for so I purchased a Nissan. Request always been a pretty good experience. Would have purchased another, but they could not find what I was looking for so I purchased a Nissan. Requested a refund on the Gap Insurance and Extended Warranty over 2 months ago, made several calls and still no refund. Very disappointed as this is part of good customer service. So, next time I purchase a new vehicle, I will have to seriously reconsider returning to Jeff Haas Mazda as I believe customer service should always be FIRST. More
Horrible experience. Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, I was told they can’t do anything about it, that I should go online and change it myself. When I insisted they fix it, I was left unattended for a long period of time. No one took responsibility for the mistake. They’re all acting unbothered. More
