Bait and switch! Car listed on website for $24998, after the test drive they started trying to manipulate us. First they tacked on $1300 because the car was "certified" and came with an extra warranty. Th the test drive they started trying to manipulate us. Neither of these additions were listed on the website or reflected on the price. With TT&L the car came to $30K. Then in financing I was told the first bank refused to lend to me and the second bank offered 6.9%. My credit score is 838, so I questioned their process, and why they didn't use Mazda Financing like my last car. We left, went to Carmax, where we found a car for $24998, that is priced as shown. Financed for 48 months at 2.95%. Stay away from this place! More

I recently had a bad experience with customer service in honoring a deal that they are no longer available (It was available at the time I purchased my car, of course).
