Fortunately, I was able to get an outside offer for it, and then I found my next car on Jeff Haas’ website. A beautiful 2015 Mazda 3 hatchback. I love hatchbacks and it had only 15000 miles. I pounced on it almost immediately and set up a test drive the next day with the salesman Mike. The car is amazing and this is my second Mazda. Mazda is probably the most overlooked and under-rated Japanese car company. The Mazda3 is powerful, efficient and stylish as hell. The payment’s are under $300 a month and the dealer maintenance incentives are great. These kind of cars you are going to want to take to the dealer any way. Everybody was very nice and extremely patient and professional. More

He took the time to answer our questions, familiarize us with the cars' features, and walk us through our options. He did follow up with us after our visit, but was always more friendly than pushy - we never felt like we were being pushed into buying anything. EXCELLENT Experience at Jeff Haas Mazda! This was the first car my husband and I had purchased on our own, so we were very nervous as young first time car buyers. Our biggest fear is that we This was the first car my husband and I had purchased on our own, so we were very nervous as young first time car buyers. Our biggest fear is that we would be pressured into buying a vehicle without knowing all the details of the purchase. So, we were pleasantly surprised when we met with Keith in used car sales. He was so down to earth and easy to talk to, and answered our questions without judging or taking advantage of our lack of car buying experience. He let us test drive all the vehicles, let me sit ant take my time looking at the inside of each car, and explained to my husband all the mechanical questions he had about the car we were looking at (2017 CX-5). We left on a Monday after looking at a few cars, and after searching and not finding a better price nor better customer service, we called back on a Wednesday and told Keith we wanted to come in and purchase a car we had looked at earlier. He was very prompt in answering my calls and emails, and telling me the necessary online forms to fill out ahead of arriving to the dealership. By the time we got there at 3, Keith had all the paper work ready, we just had to read and sign! He also had us pushed through quickly to finance, so we were driving out of the lot with our car by 7pm. Keith NEVER made us feel rushed or pressured, and answered all of our questions. After our first visit Monday he did send follow up emails, but no hassling calls or emails, he gave us time to make the decision on our own. After we got home after buying our car, we kept talking about how pleasant our experience was, and how it could have been so much more stressful had it not been for Keith. I would absolutely recommend buying from Jeff Haas - if you are looking for a used Mazda, go see Keith! More
