My first service advisor was and still is Carlos Guzman. I have also had great service from Todd Troublefield, Cynthia Ramirez and Allen Hempel. They are all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything from the coffee stand to the courtesy shuttle service is superior to other car dealerships I've experienced, and the pricing is very reasonable. More

Above and Beyond I took my car in for the first oil change and car wash. Todd greeted me at the door by name which was a surprise since we had never met, however, he w I took my car in for the first oil change and car wash. The above and beyond came when there was a situation with the car wash and the condition the car was left in. Todd and Keith both made sure that the situation was corrected immediately, After it was all said and done, the car was actually cleaner than the day I bought it brand new!!!
