Good afternoon I am very sorry you did not like your experience with market base pricing.Market base pricing is not our what dealers prefer either. Before the embracement of marker base pricing, dealers would make the cars up thousands of dollars just to have haggle room for the customers and dealers were experts at negotiating deals to benefit the dealers. that's all they did every single day. With the internet the buying of pre-owned cars has evolved to the practice of trying to be the cheapest on the web. Its great for the buyers, not so great for the dealers that relied on be better at negotiating than the customers. We have embraced market base pricing, and by pre-discounting the cars to the lowest price possible, our profits are lower per car by a long shot, but we are selling more cars than ever. However, your comment on not creating lasting relationships, that is so far from the truth. we are different. All of are cars go through a 124 point inspection, comes with the Jeff Haas advantage plan, which includes a engine guarantee for life, life time free towing, life time free state inspections, free pit stops(pull on to the drive, we top off all fluids and check the tire pressure). Plus many other things. We also have no hidden fees, like dearer prep or dealer reconditioning fees like many other dealers. We are also a have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. With all of this plus the fact the 95 percent of customers love the no haggle approach, I hope you will consider us in the future and hope you come to realize that no negotiation the price of a car that is priced to market is not a bad thing but a good thing. Thank you for the reply. You basically are saying that before market based pricing, dealers would try to cheat the customer, specifically your dealership? I negotiate every day as well, and a successful negotiation is when both parties "win". I would assume most car buyers are going to believe you when you say market based pricing is better for the customer and worse for the dealership. But your comment about how dealers would mark the cars up and try to get over on the customer is probably not a good way to answer my complaint. Even if a "win-win" cannot be found, a wise agreement can still often be reached. if 95% of the customers prefer a no haggle approach, i sit in the 5% of the buyers who actually no what they are doing.

Cheat is a sad word for profit. Yes, the average profit was higher back then. that is what business is for. When a customer got a discount, we did not refer to that as being cheated out of money, that was how business was done, you know that. Now, its great for all customers, our advantage plan, our policy of no hidden fees, no dealer prep. complete reconditioning on every car. Warranty on every car we sell. We try to do business 100 percent right. every customer that comes onto our lot , if not happy with the process is invited to meet with me. I will do what ever is possible to make every customer happy. What do I need to do to make you happy?

Thank you for your replies, You mention what you can do to make me happy? Lets make a deal on the Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring (2015 white with gray rims, 8k miles). I noticed that the price has just dropped to 29,900. Its been on the lot for awhile, and I know you would like to sell it and get it off the lot for the new batch of CX-9s. I agree with the loyalty comment, Ive been buying from Sewell Audi for a long time. My wife loves Mazdas, and I would love to bring this car home for her. And if we can make a deal, Im sure we would buy from this dealership again. Let me know what we can do? GN

thanks for you response. the great thing about marketbase pricing, its sometimes the price dies come down, I believe it makes time for you to pull the trigger. With the 2016 models coming and the GT prices over 43,000 dollars and no incentives from the factory. It only makes this unit stand our for how well its priced. thousands behind retail.
