We are very sorry to have disappointed you. All the Cx-5s on our lot are new. Some have more miles than others due to test drives and dealer trades. We dont consider 180 miles a used unit or even a demo. With the low inventory and high demand of the CX-5 GT models, its a problem. We are glad you found one at another Mazda dealership. If we can help you in any way in the future, let us know. Also , you can still take advantage of our service dept and even enrow in our loyalty program and gain points for all of your service work. Mr Customer I am so sorry about your experience.This is a sad story to hear from any customer. Do you know who you talked to. Our employee was totally our on line. First, we want and need to bid every used car we can. We always need pre-owned cars for sell, so if we bid them high enough we have a chance to get the unit. If it has too many miles or rough condition we still want to bid it to send it to the auction with the rest of our trade ins. the more cars we send the more bidders we get. I am on my way to the pre-own dept now to found out who took your call. With feed back like this , at least i can correct the sitution, so this does not happen in the future.
