This dealership takes advantage of people. I went in, simply for an oil change and was pressured into leaving with a new lease. My intention was to purchase the vehicle I have been leasing. When I told Kenneth, I couldn’t do anything today he continued to pressure me into a new lease. Then the service department sent me a text stating that I needed many repairs totaling almost $3000to my car that is only three years old. I feel like it was coercion on the dealers part. Then when I was working with the person to sign all the documents, I told her I did not want any of the packages. She got an attitude with me about declining. I went back and looked at the video that the service department sent about my vehicle and it showed that there were not that many problems with my car and everything could have been fixed at a later time or in stages. More
