I could not have gotten a nicer, more knowledgeable salesman! The process was smooth and professional. A couple of weeks ago I contacted Phillip and told him I wanted to trade in my CX-5 for a new MX-5 Miata. Phillip went above and beyond the call of duty to secure the exact model I was looking for and I took delivery last Friday. Lee Pollock, the used car manager stands behind his vehicles. We had one small issue after the sale and he took care of it right away. He is fair and honest. Would recommend doing business with him if you are looking at used cars. More

Good Prices, Friendly, Committed to Your Satisfaction I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Haas missing floor mats. The only way I would do that is with a guarantee that they would supply some, at the tim I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Haas missing floor mats. The only way I would do that is with a guarantee that they would supply some, at the time of purchase I was assured both by the salesman Gene and the Manager Lee that the "We Owe" agreement I signed with them would be honored fully and promptly within 6 weeks. There were some issues with receiving my floor mats due to Gene leaving Jeff Haas, but upon management becoming aware of this they acted as quickly as possible to make it right. I was impressed by the prompt response to my concerns expressed and can honestly say they cared about me being satisfied fully. Beyond that small issue the staff was friendly, the prices were fair, and the sales process itself was simple and painless. More
