There are certain people who should have the jobs they do and Allan is one of them; he is very comfortable with his customers and co-workers. What you would call a real people person. My whole looking and buying process was great at Jeff Haas Mazda. I went to a few other dealerships and had horrible service so when I went to Jeff Haas I was already in a bad mood. I had looked online at Jeff Haas website before I drove in and found a car I was interested in. I was contacted via chat while on the website from Brant Dixon. He had told me to come on in a few days later and he would help me out. Two days later I showed up at the dealership without an appointment on a Saturday. I walked in, asked for Brant. Brant was currently helping another customer but he quickly had another sales man help me. That was Nick Acevedo. Nick had the car I was interested in and ready in less than % minutes. He was awesome for the test drive. When we returned, Brant was still with his former customer so Nick helped me with all my questions. I left the dealership in love with the car but wanted to sleep on my decision. On Tuesday I called in and asked for Brant. I had to have the car. Brant was awesome with answering all my questions and helping me through the entire buying process. After the purchase he sent me a couple emails thanking me for my purchase. He made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer. I seriously love Jeff Haas Mazda. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car.
