Other factors which I felt to be positive were: fair pricing; the dealership's five star rating from satisfied customers; providing a Car Fax report at no charge; and no inflated add-ons like high administrative and doc fees or reconditioning charges. The purchase was made remotely and shipping was required, so Aaron's help and patience (as shippers changed their pick-up dates) were instrumental. He was there to oversee the loading and took a video to document it. When the vehicle arrived, it was exactly as pictured and as he described it.
