I went into the dealership looking for a RAV4 and wanted a white with the gray interior, which they did not have in stock. Approximately 5 weeks later I got a call that said we have your car. I give this place a grade F! I brought my car in to be fixed last week and they did not fix the right rear window which won't go down! They kept me waiting for over 3 hours and I had to leave so I could eat lunch, I am Diabetic and I had a doctor's appointment that afternoon. These people did not fix my car and did not do everything I asked! I'm taking my car to a very good mechanic in West who will do the job! I'm never bringing my car back to this place again!
