He went to talk to his manager about 3 times about what we wanted and then other changes. In the end I left with a car that I am happy with that I thought the payments would be too high but as I said in the end, I got pretty much what I wanted as far as the car and the payments that are affordable. He explained all the feature of the car and even told me he would follow up on satisfaction of the vehicle and to call on him even if I did not want to read the manual, he would explain if I had a question. More

Great Sales & Service Experience I needed to buy a new car for my daughter after she rear-ended someone and the car was totaled. I researched what I wanted and decided on a RAV4 Limited. I contacted Brock at Jeff Hunter and told him I needed to buy a car quickly and that if he would make it easy on me and give me a fair deal I would buy the car that day. I cannot say enough about how good the experience was with Brock. He located the vehicle I wanted quickly, shot me a price, and accepted my first counter-offer (which was below dealer invoice).
