He allowed us to drive the car without any pressure or hassles and provided information on leasing and purchasing as it was needed. We were made aware of standard safety features in the vehicle and were presented with options for extending the warranty and proactive tire and wheel coverage that will let us send our daughter to college out of state with diminished anxiety about how car maintenance and service will be done.
