Helpful, pleasant, patient I was approached by my salesman Wes with a friendly smile. I told him what i was looking for and right away we went directly to these cars. He was very patient with me and showed and talked to me about the features that come standard. i really wasn't pressure to buy, we test drove the car and well i purchased my rav 4.
