Awesome Experience One evening my husband mentioned that he had received a phone call from the dealership asking him if he would be interested in trading in his previous One evening my husband mentioned that he had received a phone call from the dealership asking him if he would be interested in trading in his previous vehicle. My husband decline at the time. A few weeks later he brought it up and I asked him what his thoughts were, he said he didn't know so I encouraged him to think about it. About 5 minutes later he said he wanted a new vehicle, to his surprise I said, 'ok, let's do it!' He was shocked and floored at the same time. I emailed the dealership and within minutes I got a response from Tony and he was very helpful. He went above and beyond in accommodating us and preparing everything so we would not waste any time as I had mentioned that we have two toddlers and our schedules were hectic. He made the process extremely smooth and by the time we got to the dealership that weekend he catered to our little boys so they would be content and not fussy which was a true blessing. Tony worked with us and made sure we were happy during the entire process making him our key person to go to for any new cars in the future and to refer our friends and family who are in search of a vehicle.
