not responsive In the past, service has been great. A few days ago I had a mirror replaced and asked fo a 10k service oil change etc. When I got my vehicle, I notic In the past, service has been great. A few days ago I had a mirror replaced and asked fo a 10k service oil change etc. When I got my vehicle, I noticed that the r minder they usually place on the windshield was missing and wonders if the service had been completed. Also, the invoice made no mention of it. So far, a have called three times, emailed and nothing. Very disappointed. More

I chose to wait and JHT has a clean waiting area with plenty of seating options and a TV. When checking out Louisa at the window was welcoming and my Eva was also there to answer any additional questions if I had any.
