I would like to meet and talk to service manager I am great full the repairs got done but it started out it wasn’t covered so I said I didn’t want it done then I was told it was covered and parts ordere great full the repairs got done but it started out it wasn’t covered so I said I didn’t want it done then I was told it was covered and parts ordered . Weeks later I was told parts are in I droopy the car off and a few hours later I got a call and was asked if I was given the quote I said no what does it matter it is warentee I was told no its not covered $4300, o said don’t do the work too late already apart I got mad and got a call back it is covered.I was told it would take two days and it was done a few hours later am not accusing any one but no one told me what was done and the engine cover was still dirty Can you understand how that looks .again we need to to talk I have 5 of your cars in my family and you have sold many of my trade ins I am a very loyal customer and would like too clear the Siri would also like Dustin included More
Don’t care at all, for the way the service department doesn’t answer their phone and always want you to leave a message for setting up service appointments. Also, every time we go to pay after an oil cha doesn’t answer their phone and always want you to leave a message for setting up service appointments. Also, every time we go to pay after an oil change they try to charge us the $100.00 when we have already paid upfront for all of our oil changes . They ALWAYS have to redo our paperwork. This info should be in the computer in our account! Wake up people….. More
