Great place to get your vehicle worked on and serviced but I found that the communication between the service counter was very minimal. They seem to be more concerned about their computers than communica but I found that the communication between the service counter was very minimal. They seem to be more concerned about their computers than communicating with the customer. I'm not sure if the employee even looked up to talk to me. I had left for a bit to get some other things done while they worked on my car and was told that they'd call me when the car was done. As an hour and a half passed by with no call, I decided to stop in and check. My car was sitting outside and had not received a call. Other than that, the service on my car was great. I would recommend Jeff Perry to anyone. Great place with lots of choices for your next vehicle. More

We inquired about the availability of a vehicle that we found on the Jeff Perry website on a Sunday. By Monday morning just after 8 a.m. I had a text and an email. Samantha set up an appointment for Thursd found on the Jeff Perry website on a Sunday. By Monday morning just after 8 a.m. I had a text and an email. Samantha set up an appointment for Thursday. We are living in Northern WI and due to an appointment on Wednesday we're not able to make it until then. We arrived at the dealership at the appointed time and everything went smoothly. We left a couple of hours later with our new vehicle. Could not have expected anything easier. We have purchased vehicles from Jeff Perry before. All the way back to when they were Ripple Buick.
