My service rep Ryan did a great job in figuring out my car problem, sending pictures from the mechanic and getting the car ready when promised. While the people who work there are fantastic, the ivory tower has decided to let the accountants make the decisions. appreciated their good service. They’ve decided it’s a good idea to ding you for a “convenience fee” to use a credit card to pay for the bill. That’s no problem until they also refuse to take a check. Not a good move for a service company. I intend to unload the two Acuras that we have in favor of a brand who actually cares about service for their high price repairs. More
