I purchased a 2002 Jaguar XJ from Superior Acura in April 2006. Within 6 months the transmission went out. I went back to the dealership and was told there was nothing they could or would do. The Sales Mana 2006. Within 6 months the transmission went out. I went back to the dealership and was told there was nothing they could or would do. The Sales Manager called some of his offsite repair facilities to get a lower cost to replace the transmission, but it was nothing close to what Jaguar offered. I was told the car had a clean CarFax report. After getting the transmission replaced for $5000 at the Jaguar dealer in Cincinnati, I checked/found the car had been in an accident. I wouldn't recommend my WORST ENEMY to this dealership or any other Superior affiliated dealer. Very Poor Customer Relations!!! My WORST experieince EVER with a dealership. For your best interests stay away from Superior Acura!!! More
