I will never purchase another vehicle from Jeff Wyler. Ever. We traded in our very nice, recently serviced, to include brakes, 2017 Pacifica. It did have one cosmetic issue, which we were aware would made it very good instead of excellent. We were given a trade price of 8000 because it, "Needed new brakes all around." We balked saying, "Absolutely not!" We just replaced them! Of course, salesperson had to go back, blah, blah, blah. Do you have proof? Ugh, not on us. But we could call the shop, and they can confirm. We told that was not necessary because it was not the pads, it was actually the rotors, rust and all, etc., We still disagreed, and said, "Nope". Sales person came back and they bumped the trade in value to 8600. We wanted 9000, but 8600 was close enough, ie., cosmetic issue. The NEXT day, our Pacifica was on their website for 12500. No mention of brake issues, and the cosmetic issue on full display. Now, if our brakes/rotors were in need of a full replacement, why in the xxxx would it be for sale on the lot less than 24 hours after trade in? That is some shady xxxx, but the contract was signed, so shame on me for not pushing harder. Next, when we picked up the car it was dark. They said it had been fully detailed, and at night, it looked great. In the morning when I went to drive it, I noticed white marks all over the front seats, the cup holder were grungy, the storage between the front seats, still had crumbs in it! Then, I looked closer at everything. The paint was faded, the bumber had white stuff all over, and behind the backseat, when you tipped it, it looked like someone spilled soup or vomited on the carpet! xxx? None of that was visible in the dark. Now, I could have demanded they take it in the service shop the evening I picked it up, but why? They said they detailed it, and I took them at their word. Mistake. So I called the salesperson. He called his boss, and he said to bring it by. I did. I was told, sorry no biggie we will fix it. Bring it back tomorrow. Really? Fine. I brought it back the next day. The previous dude was off, lucky us, because he told his co-worker, it just needed rewashed and waxed. xxx! NO. In all my 30 years of buying cars, I have never seen one this fillthy. Thankfully, this person actually seemed to care about doing a good job. He said since it was so much work, they needed to schedule a full day to clean it. I did that. It took 7 hours, and it got sent back by the dude because it still wasn't clean, so it was there for another 3 hours. I picked it up that evening. It did look great, and, I was happy, but honestly, why should I be going back and forth with these people? TLDR; They are liars. Made up mechanical issues that did not exsist, and then they put that van on their lot immediately. 95% of the people we were in contact with could not care less. Ty to the one guy in management that gave a xxxx. Find a new job, dude, you are wasted there. More
